Okay so i won a fight got near 40k rss and 20 medals and the game crashed in loading screen i loaded the game again i had the rss but no medals and no battle report! Just pointing it out (Many Crashes)
It's interesting that in crashing on the loading screen, you got one of three parts of what one would expect as a result of such a battle: based on your account strictly speaking, I would expect you would receive none. Out of curiosity, do you recall if the progress bar had advanced any towards completion at the time of the crash and, if so, approximately how far (e.g. 25%)? I am not certain how, or even if, the answer is relevant to identifying let alone addressing the underlying issue(s) of the crash, but an account of it certainly wouldn't take away from your report.
Ah -- I appreciate the clarification. In that case, the bug is not as severe as I initially though based on your opening post. Still, yes, something for the developer and publisher to investigate further.
After raiding (presumably) over 100 times in the past few days, I can confirm that I too have had this issue.
In fact, if you disconnect any time during an attack (up until you have claimed your rewards on the 'end battle' screen and begun reloading back to your own city) all deployed troops will be lost and there will be no attack record.
It appears that any device disconnecting during a raid will cause the player the lose. This is probably to stop players from exploiting the battle feature (immediately hard-disconnecting during a losing attack to save their troops).
Games like clash of clans, during a disconnect, simply have the troops continue their attack unassisted (as if the player went idle).
Hmm this is really wierd cus it crashes like alot and this is getting annoying ... losing a battle u have easily won ... i hope they are not slow with updates ... it will kill the game fast ! and no good news from the devs yet ! so lets hope for the best !
Thanks for sharing your experiences about this bug. I will forward the information you've provided to the game team so that they can conduct a proper investigation into the root cause. Thanks for your patience and continued support!
