Crowns for National Flags... I want to put all on my base!!!

I would like to be able to purchase (with crowns) National Flags on flag poles. Make them only take one square is fine. Just want to be able to display the world's National Flags on my base. As a carrot maybe each could accrue 5 minutes peace treaty per day or something. Even with no carrot they need to be obtainable though. It would be a cool feature and doubt it would be hard to implement.
