Customer service requests disappear

I write and send a request to the customer service to report a problem and it disappears

I cant say I have had this happen, and I write CS a lot >_>
Do you use multiple devices? because the CS convo's are bound to one device, a convo started on one device does not show on another, even when logging in with the same account.
