Dagger event bugged

it says generals inside castle count - but it doesnt.
I have killed several gens inside castle but it is not counted

I believe the General has to actually appear on the battlefield, and then be killed to count for this event. So let them out of the castle before you destroy it, if you want the extra tally.

Yes, but that is not what the description of the event is saying. It says "In our Out of the castle"

Yup. Can confirm I've gotten no credit for generals unless I let them come out of the Castle.

We are still investigating the issue, but I can confirm that using the tactics Sabotage, Blitzkrieg, Demolition, Barrage or by deploying airplanes to destroy a castle quickly will result in not receiving the full amount of points towards the event. As we are still investigating, our support team advises keeping an eye on your progress in case there are other scenarios in which progress is not awarded.

Due to the limited timeframe of events in general, we have no way to correct this before the event ends. As such, we want to make this information known so that everyone has ample opportunity to participate in the event and continue progressing towards its rewards. If I were a BHG tester (do they even exist?), this would be the first thing I'd test. How was this not caught?

I bet their tester are not an 'addict' players completely who play 24/7 as well. For instance, I love designing something.. I will make sure my design must look perfect and do checking twice or more before releasing to customer. Testers with a strong 'passion' will be more thoroughly about what they have done instead of who only doing that for 'daily task'.

All you're saying is that the event is bugged, you wont have enough time to fix it, and that as such it will be difficult to complete the event, correct?

This is not a difficult event. I thought it might be at first but I have plenty of time to spare. Search your bases and seek out the exposed CC & Forts. Don't get greedy, kill those two buildings, rinse & repeat.
If in the case you are worried about medals I can see your concern. But that is YOU (whoever is concerned) stopping YOU from completing a relatively easy event.

What the heck has that got to do with anything? Maybe it's NEXON who states that Generals inside castle do count, yet NEXON is unable to make that work.
