Daily ads reward failed

So it played the ads but not giving out reward as it kept saying processing. This happens on both my accounts, anyone else got this?

Hi! We have taken the offers offline to resolve an issue. Additionally, we're checking into what may have happened with the Halloween event ending early.

Have experienced the same problem with the ads (watched the clip but got stuck at the green banner stage with no crowns or other rewards given). CS advised they have removed this and are rectifying.

I was in active since my last post, this morning I've got 15 crowns extra and the ads and offers were removed.

Update: so as soon as I posted this thread, I went back and the "watch" ads are back. The saga continues.
