Please can I get a refund for all the in-game transactions I’ve made over the last 4/5 years? During the time of making these transactions, I had no idea how wilfully BHG was doing nothing to stem the cheating, and I had no idea I was paying to compete against so many cheaters. Once this is done, I’m happy for you to delete my base, as any upgrade would be void on return of payment.

TinSoldier I’ve pleaded with you guys to inform us of what action you’re going to take, and you’ve all remained silent. I can only assume the damage is far too great to address, and that nothing is going to be done about the cheating.

Age up to Cold War, upgrade commandos/bazookas/fighters, and play 0TT... you can still have fun. Nobody at level 220+ should still be Atomic.

Just use hacks and cheat your way to the top, no point at all playing fair or spend another cent since Nexon does nothing about cheaters. Have been thinking about that option many times myself

domifan Because better troops is more fun. The only difference is you can face Global opponents in multiplayer; if that's enjoyable to you then so be it, but I don't get it. You can have Cold War troops today, and Space Age troops by the time you upgrade them and key CW defenses/tech. Instead you're stuck with a high war weight attacking much lower than your war weight.

oh that. Yeah, I knew. The post is kinda tongue in cheek. It dawned on me that it might be in BHG’s best interest to allow the cheating to keep the numbers up towards the higher levels, and perhaps that’s why they’re turning a blind eye to it. Doesn’t seem right though, but hey, at this point I’m not even sure I care anymore

Report the cheaters you come across. I send Customer Service a message on every base I find using the unlimited workers hack; they will ban those cheating players. I’m finding far less of those type of bases than six months ago, so that tells me things are improving. If you see a suspicious base or suspicious activity in WW, report it to CS.

Usually I do report them, but now it seems I’m unable to attach images to CS tickets since the last update. I’ve added that as a separate issue in the bugs section.

I realise my initial post was borderline trolling, but I never meant it to be. I am sorry for that. I don’t expect a refund, nor do I want my base deleting. Truth be told I love this game. It’s seen me through some pretty dark times. It helps me switch off and not overthink. Just so frustrated with all the cheating.

I agree with refund on the grounds that when the game came out up to 2017 it was different cheating was handled swift and harsh as it should now it's not handled at all plus the model of the game changed since then I for one would not have spent money or time then playing if I knew it would turn into this garbage version of what used to be a good game . That being said because the game isn't close to being like it was Money previous spent was under the understanding that the game would be of the same format age in age out and it simply isn't this is the ground for a refund.
