All we're asking for is for all players to be treated equally. Info should be posted on all official forums, or none at all. To date, the English forums consistently get less information than the Korean ones. I'm glad N4b will try to have equality in the future. Thanks.

Fable I am assuming I am the one you referring to as a Negative Nancy hater.

And, yes, I am. When I refer to a Negative Nancy, what I am meaning is that this is a person who just complains. Sees the world as half empty everywhere. If you gave them $100, they would find some reason that was actually a negative event. You give them a present, and they assume what is inside the present is something crappy. And, in my opinion, I generally don't like to look at the world in this light. They assume everything is bad (or you might say "negative").

Now, obviously, everyone is entitled to their opinions. Look at all the Negative Nancies all over the internet. I do not think they should be censored, but I also should not be censored in calling them out on their Negative Nancism.

Obviously, all of the above is off topic to this post.

But, maybe not.

It seems like Nexon currently has a problem with a lot of disgruntled players of Dominations. For Nexon to figure out that they need to do something and what is the most important fix that will make the biggest impact to players enjoyment, it might serve us (as players) to stay a little more unified. Complaining about supposed aspects of something that hasn't yet been introduced because people ASSUME it will be a certain way, is not helpful.

Complaining about something like the estate, which I am sorry, I think it is hard to argue that some players having the estate makes is harder for you to play the game. If someone out there thinks they have a valid argument, I would LOVE to hear it.

Maybe me calling people Negative Nancies is not a way to unify, so my bad, but seriously people, we really need to work together here. :) When we sound like whiny children bickering among ourselves, those comments get written off.

I want to see more Constructive Criticism Cindies!

I get it, but NOW is the time to make our opinions heard, not after something is released. It's much harder to make changes after it's released. For example, no way they will reduce the price of the estate or lower uni research times now...it's too late. If they release the stronghold that can hold 10 troop cards, there's no way they will later reduce it to 1 or get rid of it entirely. They give such little information that we do kinda have to guess, and given their track record, there is reason to be pessimistic. So I fully understand players voicing their concerns now.

Quovatis, I agree that now is the time to voice opinions.

My point is how some have been voiced with the assumption of certain aspects instead of a concern or opinion about a certain aspect.

Saying, "NO NO NO NO, this will ruin the game!" is not helpful. This is a Negative Nancy.

Saying, "I think there should be a limit of one card troop that can be put in a stronghold on defense because...." Or "I think the stronghold shouldn't have a huge range because..." or "I think the stronghold should only release troops once as opposed to continuously because..." or "I think the stronghold should be able to be sabotaged because..." or "I think the stronghold should have a longer initial spawn time of ___ because..." are all things that are more Constructive Criticism Cindy.

I think you get what I mean. ;)

If we act like children, they will treat us as such.

Why would you not want to see WW replays? It helps with base design. In most cases we know exactly how the enemy has 5 Starred us! They have sent in overwhelming forces at the weakest point and then dumped tactics on the defences, its easy to 5 star people in war certainly up to your own stars if not + a good few stars if you have troop tactics too. I never understand how people screw up war attacks...I presume it due to other factors, such as network issues, flaky game crashes, playing on a phone! How can anyone fight wars on phone with that troop bar!

I know, its making the rest of us sandbag too as we get fed up losing to sandbaggers and dropping 600 points and when we win we only get 20 points! I am rapidly going off WW in this game, the loot is rubbish too, all the resources I consume for no gain really! I have already stopped half my weekly waring and unless they fix it I will give up completely.

There are countless businesses that run mobile games that are not pay to win and are very successful

I wouldn't say "very" successful...all the very successful ones are pay to win...CoC, GoW, etc...all games in the arena that Dominations falls under are pay to win, thats the model of the genre. If you have examples of "very" successful games in this genre that are not pay to win I would be interested in hearing about them.

I am not so concerned about the event but the Asian forums get the discounts way ahead of us.. This info is great because we know whether to hold our workers or not. Most of us here now know how to translate the page but what about all the others who don't... unfair!!

Redprince has admitted in this thread he only plays casually yet he finds the need to continuously defend Nexon regardless of the fact that the critiques he feels the need to defend against are pretty commonly presented in the player community. Why is a casual player so active on the forums? Why does he need to defend against game issues that hardly impact him as a casual player?

I suspect Redprince is actually employed by the company and planted here to make it seem like the players aren't in consensus on the critiques being represented.

Another Nexon employee joins the fun. Would rather you go back to working on fixing bugs.

Clash is not pay to win. They don't offer extra troops for money and it's fairly easy to max your base with farming. I can tell you that from first-hand experience. I know players who maxed their base without spending a penny on the game. No way you can do that in Domi.

Yes I maxed my base in CoC but it took years...maybe my definition of pay to win is off, but I still consider it pay to win when others can upgrade much quicker to get the advantage while the rest crawl to the finish line.
