Decoy lag is still one of the biggest issues in the game. It is by far the best tactic with sabotage, betrayal and protect all cut in half by taking two space. But it randomly completely destroys your ability to control your attack, often at the expense of 5* in a big war battle.
That and the lag that occurs when a SH explodes 100 new troops into the battle and the game just can't process them.
Exact same problem here.
On a freshly factory resetted Samsung Galaxy S7 and app being installed on onboard memory.
I bet Android version of game is calling Java functions rather than native ones, like on iOS. If this is the case then stuttering/slowness can be the only result if processing massives data, even on a high end device : Java has never been designed for programming games.
Other examples of that are the ridiculous long and randomly unequal loading times (a dozen of seconds for 1st screen) at every step of play. Resulting in nothing really predictable and steady.
Of course a complete rewrite of the Android code can't be economically acceptable and I wonder how the developpers could overtake this programming issue. To me, decoy tactic is on of these things that forces a bunch of a recalculating of every stuff in range and that is not going well this way honestly lol.
Ruining a bit what is otherwise a nice game.
