Defensive Aircraft

If we have an Airbase, and Air Defenses, it would be nice if we could assign 2 Aircraft to "Defend".
Maybe 1 to intercept attacking Aircraft, and 1 to attack Ground Units, or 2 to one of those Options.

I'd love to see my biplane in a dog fight with other biplanes or shooting down that big zeppelin. or maybe even my zeppelin taking off to bombard the attacking enemy troops

I don't know what you plan to do, but it looks like I am going to drop my wall sappers from bi planes and they are perfectly ready to jump.

While I like the idea, it would be bad for game balance. At the moment the difficulty in destroying a base is already very hard. If adding an extra defense/technology for giving planes on defence then it would become even harder.

I would have to say that upgraded towers are already very effective at destroying zeppelins at the moment so much so that a lone high level tower is enough to stop the deployment of a zeppelin as it will get destroyed before it takes it out. The damage from a tower is just as effective againt aircraft as the anti air. This balance should be looked at.
