Well, ignore the anwers above. It shows they have no hardware knowledge at all. It works fine on my 1plus5 so it shouldn't be a problem. Delete/remove the game, reboot device download it again and install and choose your existing account when offered.

Borck not true. variations of the exact same model can be sold with different OS versions. A good example is my device, Samsung J7 has Android 7.0 on it. Now sold by another carrier it only has Android 6.0 and likely not OS upgradable.

TinSoldier is correct in his answer. It is quite common for games to advance to the point they require functions only available in a higher version of an OS as functions become deprecated over time.

The OPs complaint proves this as Google Play has invalidated his device for compatibility with Dominations 6.3 due to a severely outdated version of Android.

The One Plus 5T came out of the box with Android 7.1, and 8 is available. It is a flagship class phone from late 2017. Nexon just obsoleted Android 4.something, which was 3+ years old. So whatever his problem is, it has nothing to do with his version of android or the capabilities of his phone. LordAnubis

Tinsoldier asked a reasonable followup question, to which the answer was no, this phone is not running an old OS. Borck was helpful, in pointing out that the phone, which is an upgraded version of the one he has, should support the game.

Nexon has enough trouble with clueless technical support responses already. Having forum users respond by blaming the user is not helpful.

Google answered Tin's question, based on a simple search for the device the OP said he had (OnePlus 5T). It wasn't challenging to find out how old the phone was and what version of Android it shipped with.

You told the user to buy a new phone, which is clearly not necessary. That is not helpful.
