Didn't receive all of our alliance XP

We just finished our first would war and we won but only received a fraction of the alliance XP we should have. We only got 95 alliance XP so we didn't get to alliance level 2 even though we won, 5 starring every base except two which were 4 starred in a 30 man war. Our opponent appeared to have gotten their full alliance points as they made it to alliance level 2. They could not have had time to do two wars to have obtained more alliance e XP from another war.[/FONT]

We've got the opposite problem; it gave us too much XP. Counted both our first and 2nd attacks on a base, so we got 269/179 for One Win Against Each Enemy. Reported it to CS as well.

We didn't get squat for AXP despite winning and perfect scoring.

nah...they forgot to tell us that you can win the XP points, but you have to buy them to get them counted for your alliance...

Frankly, this is again a buggy new feature, as we got in the past like friendly challenges, replays, matchmaking, night witches, non counted atomic base weight, ... The list is long.
Now no software is perfect and bugs are always present. It is just a matter how well you test before delivery and your capacity to fix them after delivery !

Also strange that we have no reaction from the moderators on this important bug (if qualified as bug). What is going on ?

We got too much XP from our war. Once again, how can something as fundamental as this not be caught in playtesting? It would be the absolute first thing I'd test!

We got XP from our first war, and managed to level up, but the second war we should have received another >400 (it showed on the results screen) which would have levelled us up again, but we actually got none, despite everyone putting in extra attacks to earn it :-(

AXP is bugged and CS is doing nothing about it. We won a war, stars on everyone, 96/100 stars, and received 0 AXP.
CS has responded to several tickets from us basically telling us we are boned.

My alliances first war with the XP system, we won, yet were awarded 0XP for the entire war.

This is a serious glitch. We are not getting the right AXP, and worse, now GP won was not awarded in our last war. Nexon, please fix this soonest!

We already had one war after AXP was activated, today we finished a second one, we won but we didn't get any Glory and AXP is incorrect, we received less than the amount we should have been awarded

Apparently you get one issue fixed and now you have two others, and of course our team, along with many others, I'm sure, are at a huge disadvantage here, since we are unable to level up or climb on Leaderboard!

we are still waiting on that issue....

Is anything being done retroactively? We met all criteria our last war and got nothing.

Chris, your posted photo is to small for me to see clearly, but if this is your first war with xp points, you were credited with enough to complete level one plus the points shown that are earned so far on level 2.

Currently, there isn't a plan for retroactive changes to AXP. The display miss-matches were the same for Alliances across the board.
