Related, does anyone know to whom (what ages) the Starter Pack III became available to that includes this house?

I know originally it did not work (was unavailable), and later it was only available on Android (not iOS), but am unsure what the current status is... both OS and Age.

Thanks for the replies, I'm just trying to get the gold cost at Digital Age as I am almost ready to upgrade. The Atomic house is 6 million gold.
