Disable costs to reset traps

Well said.
Primarily the ghost attacks are there as players don't want to loose the battle - i.e.medals, but still would like to keep the resources.

There I see to options to stop it:
1) Deduct the amount of medals (assigned for the lost battle) as soon as the battle starts, similarly as the resources are "added" immediately
2) Award the resources won only when the battle over screen is displayed.

I cannot see why one of these options can not be implemented.

Still doesn't change the original premise of my post....ghost attacks are a poor feature of this game and fair players shouldn't lose any resources to it, including 100,00plus coins to reset traps that result from it. Btw...Who cares about the South African Springboks?...not me that's for sure!...hope they get their backsides kicked in their next game too...lol.

Good ideas. Hopefully the game developers will consider addressing this game exploit in some sort of way.

I'm looking at it from a legitimate players point of view. when traps go of and kill my troop, i always think, at least that person has to pay to reset them.

as far as I'm concerned, the force close exploit is a separate problem, and removing the reset cost of traps doesn't fix that issue.

i want the exploit fixed as much as anyone else here. i just think that BHG should focus on that rather than wasting their time making adjustments to the way traps work. if they actually fixed the root cause of issue, then no need to mess with traps or your base design.
