Thanks for the detailed Cold War State of the Nations!

Excited about the new leader at the university, but, honestly, not very enthusiastic about the Rocket Arsenal. It's about time offense gets buffed up too.

The Boost Details screen sounds useful, and is quite essential in a strategy game like this, where the numerical details are broken down and presented to us.

I would expect the map expansion to take quite a bit of time to clear out those extra forests, but, hopefully, it should be doable after the Moctezuma researches which reduced the forest clearing time.

Quite excited about the Museum. Its usefulness is going to depend on how well it's designed and implemented. I'm hopeful that lessons from the dock's design and implementation would be incorporated into designing the Museum. A balance update later made the dock more usable. Hoping for the Museum's initial design to give us a readily usable Museum.
It'll be interesting if the Museum adds a new dimension to the game play experience. Looking forward to the detailed design spotlight.

Overall, it was a good State of the Nations post, and looking forward to more details being shared in the coming months about the new features lined up for the game.

Cheers and happy gaming! :)

Love new things! About museum, i presume it will start of the alliance challenges and introduce some kind of new Items, which will not only change how alliance members coordinate their cooperative interactions but will also change strategies on how the game is played in multiplayer.
my friend who play CoC have comment about this new building 🤣

Finally I’ll be able to know why a seemingly easy base defended my attack! Being an Industrial Age player, I am looking forward to the 6.2 update. It surely will bring a great transparency to the game. Also, may be we’ll be able to catch more cheaters (although can’t say that they will be banned) 😋

Thank you for the update. I am glad to see the game is continuing to expand. The Winter Age was fantastic but life is very slow going back to the oil production we normally have, especially with the Carnival Event, we need more oil please!

Thanks for continuing to add to the game. People whining about defensive buffs suck at attacking. When we stop having maxed score wars then the game will be more balanced. I really think it would be great to add a low resolution mode for older devices. Some people have trouble using the decoy tactic and maybe that would help them. Keep it up. Look for my next video on YouTube just search Doom Raider :)

I'm all for buffing defense in world war, but regular multiplayer defense cannot stand to be buffed any more. Unlike other games, the economy of dominations highly depends on your ability to 5-star enemies in multiplayer. The bonuses for 5-star in multiplayer are almost a necessity (NTGs, diamonds, surviving troops returning home, etc). With the missile silo and each subsequent defense buff, the multiplayer economy become worse and worse. If you insist on going down this path, uncouple the economy to the need to 5-star, or start differentiating world war and multiplayer defense functionality.

I don't like the proposed map expansion. There is plenty of space as it is. I have all the buildings placed on the map with 5 uncut forests, yet still have enough free space (not to mention if I clear the last 5 forests).

With the addition of extra row and column, the map will become sipmly too huge. I play on 5.5" screen and it is very uncomfortable to keep the track of what's going on during battle. If you further expand the map the game (especially attacking) becomes almost unplayable (at least for smaller screen sizes). You are simply destroying the game because of nothing (currently, there is enough space for at least 20 additiinal buildings). :(

Are you serious? another defensive building? are you guys lost your minds?

BDS , you said in the prior state of the nation like now that TinSoldier will jump into the discussion and will answer every question! But He did not answer even a simple question!

If you suppose to care about feedbacks for update 6.0 & 6.1, then why you didn't do that before? Already there are numerous discussions about them in YOUR OFFICIAL FORUMS ! But 99% are without a simple response from the mods! Why we wasted our time?

it's just a post for chilling out us a bit! Just this! you don't care about your members requests! there are numerous big companies for some changes but nothing considered about them!

I've three questions and a request :

- Why fixing bugs & lags are in the down list of priorities for you?
-Why you have not serious action about cheaters & hackers? why your security system can not automatically detect them? there is simple pattern for them !
- do you limit your mods to dont answer/care most of the posts ? or they intentionally do that?

- please add more mods into your forums, here needs better and more mods!

Mario said it best. If a person has to wait close to an hour or longer to retrain between battles then the game loses momentum. In an age where it's hard to keep people's attention for any length of time, why does this game continue to add things that slow down it's momentum? Nexon, when you don't listen to players that's obtuse. When you then introduce things against opinion that's just perverse!
Nexon should ask themselves one simple question: do we want people to play our game?
Make us want to play this game, Nexon, not have to play the game.

Uhhh....Nexon again showing that they're completely out of touch with the playerbase...
That way, when we do introduce a new building like the Missile Silo, we have more room to make it new, interesting, and worthwhile for the player.
Why is the phrase "new, interesting, and worthwhile for the player" in the same sentence as "Missile Silo"??? Lol.

Nope, they want people to buy troop cards and are interested in necessitating them. The SotN just goes on to prove it. Yet another defensive boost that *literally nobody asked for*. Just remove the silo (because it doesn't foster creativity, it just makes people drop generals and tank destroyers in a corner), revert the tactic nerf (because using decoys doesn't take any more skill than sab/protect, make strongholds function as regular defensive buildings and not spawn armies...

Oh wait. Nexon is too greedy to listen to what the people actually want.

Drop medals, use HTs to farm, repeat. Use full army comp for WW.
Oh, you want to be in a higher league? Commit with full army comp and reap the hard earned rewards.

I too want to get high level troop tactics from chests but I am a low medal attacker and I suffer the downsides of that and hence - not complain.

Doom Raider stays in the copper league so he doesn't really have the right to call others lousy attackers because they disagree with the defence additions. Probably hitting abandoned bases or easy global bases. He does make a valid point about the resolution, but to call people whiners simply because they feel strongly about how something may affect the MP portion of the game was really uncalled for.

Not a very diverse approach to this game.
Also, not a good incentive for casual play.

While it made for an interesting read, there's nothing exciting about the updates coming out and rather most people are disappointed with the news. I think the museum is probably the most interesting but we have to see what it does. A few comments on everything else:

More defenses for cold war bases? Because they fall too easily? The silos (While they seem interesting) have already slowed the pace of play down so the addition of more defenses just piles on to that.

A new leader that is only for cold war? With every other leader you have some kind of access and of course you unlock more going higher in age but this is the only one that is locked to one certain age. (And I don't count Amelia for ages enlightenment or lower because you don't have access to sams or planes below industrial) What about the nice looking Asian lady that has been in the "Coming soon" box forever? (Maybe it's a dude in drag but those aren't Persian clothes)

I like that the new bazooka infantry also takes down helicopters which is super relevant because no one uses them (At least not a second time after finding out how useless they are). They should also make an anti-mortar troop troop because mortar troops are overpowered a.f. and being used by all the top alliances.

I am mixed about being able to see the boost details at least regarding the enemy. To see your own boost details, you could always have done that manually. That's not to say I am dedicated enough to make a spread sheet but it can be done. The reason I don't think you should be allowed to see enemies boosts is that it takes away yet another mystery to the game. It is a game of deception in that you can be much much stronger than you appear just my maxing out the univ research and library. Having an industrial mortar have the same stats as a base atomic mortar for example (Assuming the atomic did no research) is pretty cool. Upgrading your def buildings would add onto your war weight as well but maxing research in univ would not so there's also strategy there. Being able to see these numbers in war would change things around between higher ranked alliances because the numbers may cause someone to change their opponent seeing they were stronger/weaker than first thought of (Perhaps it wouldnt change a thing). Seeing actual numbers for everything really takes away from the game in my opinion. I think it would be ok to have this feature in MP but not war because there's an unlikely hood you would run into that person and even if you did you probably aren't keeping track of everyone. I think seeing replays alone has already give people more of an edge than they ever did before. I think people who consistently get their attacks repelled may find this feature more appealing but what good would numbers do if you're just not good at attacking and the fact is that some people aren't good at that aspect of the game. You may have the best defensive layout ever but can't attack for shit, that's true of any game. What beneficial number would come about if you're the type of attacker to click rally on the town center each and every single and get your whole army by the field howis/donated troops inside after getting your quick victory? Is this new feature than a way to catch cheaters? I don't know, there's a ton of cheaters already but being able to hack the stat numbers hasn't been something I've ever heard of.

Expanding the forest, no thanks. Someone mentioned it earlier but it can be tough to play on a smaller screen so making the map bigger wouldn't help the experience. I know a lot of people have cleared them but I don't want to use the crowns nor use 12-13 days to clear them and now there's going to be another row. The only benefit for me is that I have potentially 5 more land masses to put more oil drums, food and gold stacks.

Anyway this is only my opinion/rambling I don't speak for anyone except myself.

Was hoping for Wu Zeitan with those offensive upgrades. But I guess you have to be a bit more stingy for some reason since you gave us Moctezuma. I’m assuming you’re going to give the Machine Gun Towers the University treatment within Haile Selassie’s curriculum? Sadly I thought the Demolition interaction with the Machine Gun Tower was pretty nice. And on top of that, you’re going to add yet another defender spawner? Whatever, I won’t be dealing with that nonsense for another two years or so. Best of luck for those who will once they come out.

Just do me this one solid Nexon: please explain to your playerbase why you are implementing these changes.

I thought university researches supposed to be hidden researches!
But as you wanna reveal these researches, then why university researches should not give XP any more ? what's the point of that then?

Manifesto While I agree with your statement, please tell me where is the glorius diversity in mass archers/artillery play. Right now people are complaining because they have to use mercs in a corner to distract the silo. But nothing much has really change.
