Disgraceful abuse of offer process by Iron Source

I really am fed up with the Domination offer wall.
I install on my tablet, play only on the tablet, reach the level stated in the offer and wahey....no crowns
complicated email chain with iron source and they just auto reject everything's

state of survival - settlemt to level 15...done....pictires sent to iron source and nothing...justvrejected...no reply

it's really poor - I should know better as it's not the first time either.

Once you receive the auto rejection, you reply to the email with the screenshots. Now they ask you for proof of the date from the notification tab which covers half the screenshot, a week later you will receive a response that the offer could not be validated with game developers. Some work others don't. I've been done out of tens of thousands crowns over the years & I still go back. I miss the William Hill gambling app ones, install & top up £10 for 15k crowns. And then you could refund you stake.

TinSoldier of the offer says complete level 15 how can it be fair to attribute a random set of rules AFTER I have completed it?

There surely has to be a level.playing field here - I have spent hours plus some money on offers within the game on offer. Otherwise i feel like i have been defrauded put of time and money here. There was nothing to tell me about any specific system requirements in advance.

I am not a happy bunny - and Big Huge Games are deeply involved with this seeing as you host the offers within your game. A quick check on mybplayer ID and you'll see I am a very good customer over the last few years.

Btw I just checked my history on Supersonic and over the last 3 years have had 4 offers rejected and 3 approved - despite using the same tablet and the same system set up...

I had one denied a few weeks ago. Complete bs. I did exactly what was asked. Sent in the proof and still rejected.

Yep, I've had one rejected that I worked for weeks on - for 7600 crowns! I followed the task to the letter, but they've rejected it. No one should do these offers until they switch companies for handling them.
