cause im fresly minted industrial and i wonder whats better making bombers or biplanes be the crux of the air attacks?

most would agree (or im wrong) that biplanes are good the way it is but bombers need more

bombers should be the slower, durable deal more damage plane whereas fighters should be the faster, less damage dealing but frailer aircraft.
