Domiworld account hacked?

I linked my 3 accounts to domiworld and it has been OK until 2 days ago. Someone logged into my account, messed up my base and crowns. Cleared forest I didn't want to clear. Also today he entered my main account and announced my account is for sale. Exited the alliance and drop a telegram account to contact for the sale. Fawzy_danny is the Telegram account he dropped for the sale of my account.

I've contact customer service since I noticed the first one but no response yet.

I tried to delete the domiworld account but unable to see a way. Even to unlink the already linked accounts.

Please advice and push for the mod and BHG rep to see. Thanks.

The first step is probably to change your password for domiworld. But if the “hacker” is already logged in, you have no way to end his session. This would have to come from bhg, as only they can invalidate the corresponding token/cookie.

Thanks for this, I have already change my password but I need BHG to step in as you have said. There should be a way to log out of all device after change of password. Also the domiworld should be looked into to stop hackers.

Ho collegato i miei 3 account a domiworld e fino a 2 giorni fa è andato tutto bene. Qualcuno ha effettuato l'accesso al mio account, ha rovinato la mia base e le mie corone. Ha ripulito una foresta che non volevo ripulire. Inoltre oggi è entrato nel mio account principale e ha annunciato che il mio account è in vendita. È uscito dall'alleanza e ha lasciato un account Telegram da contattare per la vendita. Fawzy_danny è l'account Telegram che ha lasciato per la vendita del mio account.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti dopo aver notato il primo problema, ma ancora nessuna risposta.

Ho provato a eliminare l'account domiworld ma non sono riuscito a trovare un modo. Non scollegare gli account già collegati.

Per favore, consigliate e spingete affinché il moderatore e il rappresentante di BHG vedano. Grazie.
