Donate Citizens to Teammates for 10 days

I imagine being donated 3 citizens from 3 teammates for a total of 9 extra citizens. For those that want to speed up the upgrade process this would do the trick!! Maybe teammates have to buy a hotel or upgrade a house to a Bed and Breakfast for a one time $4.99 in order to house the donated citizens. I think everyone eventually would want that! Most in the game that know enough to know why also would understand that making and grabbing the resources to make the upgrades is not difficult or too time consuming.
