Donated British shooters only have range 4?

Currently many in alliance discovered donated British shooters only have range 4 instead of 5. Is this a new feature?

it's visual bug , Im playing as british , it show [range 5 ] when i recieve donated rifle troops not different which nations , all nations shows 5 because Im playing british

Example If you're French Nation , British Donated Troops will Shows Range4

This is Game Master Mark of DomiNations Support Team. Thank you for reaching out to us and giving us screenshots. Regarding your question. The British unique ranged infantry units has +1 additional range and +15% damage than standard ranged infantry units they replace. Even if you are donated Infantry units from other Nations the ability of your Nation will still take effect and their Infantry units will also have the bonus effect. But if you donate your troops to other Nation the ability of the British Nation will disappear. Hope this clarifies things. Should you have other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

CS is wrong on that one. I've had korean and brit rifles donated to me, and in battle they have obviously different ranges.

Yeah we noticed this too. somehow I don't trust CS's reply on this. What they are saying is that my British troops when donated to someone else loose all bonuses. Why would that be? If I get French S35's donated to me, they still have all the bonus hit points that come with it...

it'd be great if we can get some official clarification on this. Perhaps just a stat bug and the actual performance is as per the bonuses, but something doesn't sit right.

If you are British and receive British shooters, they retain the extra range. If you are not British, you will not get the extra range.

I had a similar question, stemming from an incorrect comment CS made to me. Angel forever was kind enough to verify in a video (see link in my post here: https://forum.nexonm.com/forum/nexon...uff-or-no-buff) that the range issue for Brit archers IS a visual bug. Whatever nation you are is overriding the archer range, but all range is retained from the originating nation.

So other nations donated archers DO NOT increase in range if a Brit receives them, and donated Brit archers DO have a range of 5 (despite showing as 4).
