Donations glitch

the donations glitch is back, also, we should have a button in game that takes us directly to this website, or you could potentially make an app for it which would be pretty cool, please fix the donations glitch though, the vanish right in front of us, perhaps an update on chat, make it look different or something, not sure why the glitch happens, I am trying to figure it out. Chat potentially may need a good update, the actual chat, please do this as soon as possible, many players have this issue, it is a real issue, lot of wasted troops, resources especially crowns for retrains and requesting again, definitely of you figure why it happens, not sure but yeah please and thank you.
