Don't get dissapointed. SERVER HAS PROBLEM with certain accounts !!!!

As I keep trying since yesterday with all the possible ways to fix my problem of either crashing, "not get connected with server" or "continuous scouting" (these last two, are what I get when I enter the game). First of all to make it clear and avoid unuseful comments like device problems etc. I have an iPhone 5s 64 GB and an iPhone 6 16 GB (this is my girlfriend's phone), and I realized the following:

There is no problem AT ALL with any devices that could and now cannot play the game! The only problem is WITH ACCOUNTS!!!!!! Yes indeed... I came to this conclusion because when I enter my account in game center, iphone 5s and iphone 6 are not "able" either to get connected with server, or load the game (continuous crashing), or I get the message that I' m being scouted.
If I change it with my girlfriend's account, iphone 5s and iphone 6 play the game with no problem at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SO THE SERVER HAS AN ISSUE WITH SOME ACCOUNTS!!!!! I believe the same thing happens with android phones. Try it and please post your results!!!!!

Same problem here. Cannot use my account in any device (android) always crashes when entering my village. I hear the sound of my village, the buildings burning from constant attacks and keep getting notifications from the game saying that i was attacked. This is lame and i can´t play since 14-05. But when i use another account, it works like a charm, so this is SERVER related for sure.

How can you transfer your account from iOS to Android now that you cannot enter the game?

i have the same problem with u.. i tried to visit my city through my friend account and it crashed at the loading page.

Same problem( android device) And what can i say to you guys....welkome to the club! It is not a verry nice club. We oay for our drink buth the barternder dont give us the drink

So now that we realized the problem by ourselves, maybe an administrator contact us to give us info of what are they going to do with this issue? Or maybe we can post a topic with our usernames and player IDs so they can fix the problem one by one??? Is any administrator listening?

Don't hope too much, i have face this issue for 2 weeks and have sent 4 ticket to CS. till now, no FUCKiNG feedback..

I just don't get it though! Why will mine work fine on WIFI but not on LTE / 3G or H+ networks connections - lol what difference should that make?!

My friend is getting sick of me asking to turn on a hot spot for me to go and collect coins and food a few times a day haha

Anyone ever figure out how to play this app game in their browser?

Same problem it takes me 6,7, even 10 times before I get login and I go to do something and it crashes I have got to the point of saying this is a waste of time and play something else. Really not happy.
