It is not officially supported, but will run fine but a bit slowly on bluestacks. You have to have a reasonably good computer to run it, and even then I have not found the game nearly as much fun without the touch interface. Everything is just a bit awkward.

Yeah mine is touch screen computer but it lags so much. I just don't feel like getting a brand new super OP computer just to play games lol. Meh

i was using bluestacks for dominations on an 8 core @ 4GHz with 16GB RAM, SSD 256GB and it lagged as well. It doesn't even compare to a decent smartphone.

I am using bluestack with no lag. But I am using a old version (BlueStacks v1.1.11.8004 KitKat), i don't know if still is available to download. Bluestacks 2 and bluestacks 3 is lagged.

Also you can try MEmu emulator or Droid4x. I use both in my laptop (I use bluestacks in my desktop) and is really good. I am using in quad core computer, and lag only when I use decoy. Droid4x website is in chinese language, but MEmu is in english. In my case, I reduced lag by increasing the amount of memory and the number of cores that the emulator use.

The best emulator in my opinion is LDPlayer, but not so good for dominations without a video card. For other games is really amazing.

My desktop: i7 quad core, 16 gb ram, no nvidia or amd videos card.
My Laptop: i5 quad core, 8gb ram, no nvidia or amd video card.

Video card is important for MEmu too. I tested in my friend's computer and no lag: core i5 2ghz quad core, 8gb ram, amd radeon 7950

I use Leapdroid and it's fairly smooth. Make sure you have hardware virtualization enabled in the BIOS because it helps A LOT. Also make sure your antivirus software doesn't have hardware virtualization enabled because it slows down the emulator.
