Enigma time reduction bug

Description of issue: Enigma maschine displayed in the museum does not decrease university and library research time.

Frequency of issue: Always

Additional information: Does not depend what level of reduction your Enigma is. Just no reduction at all.

I've reported the issue to the customer support from insude the game "contact us"
Their answer was something like "we are sorry".
I understand that there are always bugs in the software, but this one is easy to reproduce and thus' I hope' to fix.please give some date when this will be fixed

I spent over 200 dollars just to get the enigma machine just for this purpose and can even use it

Can you update, please, if the Enigma bug is fixed and the reduction time will work after the next update ?

@Harlems369th I noticed a similar bug with the new Pompus’ Comb legendary artifact when it comes to university research time reduction.

Is there a cap on reducing research time below a certain threshold?

When I equip it, some university research is reduced, such as Ransom Olds or Sun Tzu. But the research on others like Suleiman and Saladin, for example, stays exactly the same as before equipping the -20% university research stat line.

Mind you, I have Space Needle and 2 other legendary artifacts already reducing university research by 40% so with Pompus’ Comb, it’s -60% which is still below the typical -85% cap.

My guess is you are hitting the -85% cap. If you completed Mansa Mussa and Hiawatha that adds -25% research time in gold/food research. You are probably hitting that limit but it probably is showing reduction in oil research.
