Hi, ssaranga -- sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Can you ensure that you have enough free space on your device, at least 500MB?

This problem happened to me also. Before I downloaded and installed. It worked fine I can play it and enter name "Pharo". But after I update game it load to download additional data and raise error. My device has free space 1.7 GB in internal memory OS: Android

All of this sounds familiar..
Are you by any chance located in a country where this game is not yet available in the App/Play Store?
And as such, did you have to change stores or go about another way in order to download & install the game?
If so, I suspect that could be the reason why it won't update.
