Update 4: Now, they said that they won't answer my tickets anymore. I just have to be patient while they are solving the issue. Ridiculous... (02.05.2018)

Update: A more qualified support assistant from Dominations answered me today and promised to look into this matter. Unfortunately, he could not tell me a time frame. Oh, by the way, ironSource has now closed (and deleted) my ticket, and it is not possible for me to contact them again. It seems to me that they want to cover up the fraud. I will keep you in touch with the progress! ;)


Hi there!

I am new to Dominations, but I have already spent a lot of money in the game to boost my progress at the beginning.

About a month ago, I decided to take an offer to get some crowns for free. For the offer, I had to play Final Fantasy XV for a couple of days. This game sucks, so it was not a pleasure to play it. I completed the offer anyway and waited and waited and waited... but to crowns arrived.

For this reason, I decided to contact the customer support of Dominations. They answered really fast, but all they told me was that they were not responsible, and that I would have to contact ironSource personally to ask for the missing crowns - no big deal (I thought). So I contacted ironSource and again, I waited and waited and waited, but I received no response. I contacted the Dominations support a second time, and they told me again that they were not accountable, and that I should just take another offer. In short: They told me to go f**** myself. After that, I wrote to them multiple times, but I received no help at all.

The lesson is clear for me: Do NOT take an offer from them and do NOT expect any support! :mad:

It is unbelievable how they treat their paying customers! I like the game, but I am now thinking of quitting, because there are many similar games in the market with a much better support.

I never have a problem getting my crowns from free offers. Go to the offer screen scroll to the bottom and click missing crowns and find final fantasy on the list and click on the thing to send a ticket. You’ll probably have to send them a screenshot of the completed goal.

Has happened to me at least a half a dozen times and you are correct, support from both sides is horrible. At this point I only do offers doing double crowns and limit it to a game that I am actually interested in or that seems easy to hit the requirement. Sadly I go in expecting no crowns and if it actually happens I am surprised.

Knock on wood, but I suppose I am the exception that proves the rule. 95% of my offers result in crowns as soon as I hit the goals in ''garbage Game of War clone of the week", usually in the time it takes to log out of whatever horror show I've been playing and back into Domi. Whereas with the previous company I'd have to play e-mail tag and photo hunt about half the time.

I do agree with trying to play games you're interested in or that are easy. I'm trying to slog through King's Knight at the moment and it is atrocious. At least after playing GoW, Mobile Strike, FFXV I've figured out how to hit the goal in those crapfests in a few days, then I can blissfully delete them. Until the next clone shows up during the next crown offer anyway.

Me too. Still waiting on 2700 or 2900-something crowns, can't remember anymore.

I’m still waiting for crowns on two offers. I refuse to do any more. Not worth my time.

Yeah I’ve stopped doing offers because it’s a complete waste of time. You complete the offer through the wall exactly as instructed. Then start a Missing Crowns support ticket. Then respond to their email with screenshots showing you completed it with date and time. Then they say sorry that’s not proof you completed it. Then you say well Game Centre doesn’t exist on iOS any more. Then they say too bad you’re not getting your crowns. This happened for the last few I tried. BHG don’t care. Scam. Beware.

Are you completing the goal exactly as asked? Is it your first time downloading the games? Cause I haven’t had any problems collecting. I just finished one today that I started over a month ago that said it should take 3hours and I got crowns as soon as finished and logged in

Any news on this? I had similar issue and after iwas told they'd investigate the closed my ticket 5 days later

Today, they said that they still need more time to solve the issue. I hope that this is not just a stalling tactic...

I will contact them again every new month. :rolleyes:

I wouldn’t take these offers too seriously. If you are lucky enough to get the crowns then gratz...If not move on :).

They owe me about $20 in crowns, so of course I take this seriously. In addition, I do not like scammers, and I promise you that this won't be easy for them. ;) If they do not want to fulfill these offers they should not make them!

I have not had any issues getting my crowns and just got a bunch recently from the double rewards events. If you are on iphone, make sure you are linked via apple ‘gamecenter’ on the other game.

So Ive been playing almost the whole 3 years. This is not the first mobile game and sure 99% same boat. That said EVERY game like Family Guy(town builder), Clash of Clans (why I ever did idk?), Madden Mobile(starting 3rd season), 1942 Pacific Front(plus other 3 Handy WW2 apps), many more I have played for a minimum of a year besides Clash only played for 6 months. I have always done the "FREE" offers and have always had issues. Before posting this I did go through all individual apps and all use different 3Rd party company to deal with making offers for sponsors and also same 3rd party company deals with the distribution of "CROWNS" (Dominations) "GOLD"( Family Guy & Handy Games). I have done countless offers in every way that I did not have to submit any credit card info., that said I have a horrible success rate of getting the Sponsored app or site to admit I did what was required and contact 3RD party Company via offers page on bottom & also would send email to their customer support. Sorry but wanted some credentials and information that I have had issue with more than DOMINATIONS & NEXON. My method now and it is completely unfortunate because it takes extra time, but to make sure that Sponsor of the offer and also 3rd party company handling offers and distribution can not say you did something wrong or whatever you need to use screen recorder besides that you are at mercy of them. THEY CAN DENY VIDEO EVIDENCE.
