Experienced troops/defences

Its an old suggested idea which seems very interesting.

Via battles / achievements collecting XP,
With that xp investing on each troop/plane/generals/ defencsive buildings/ defenders you want and upgrade their perks.

Every perk provides a unique boost/advantage .

Also it will be very interesting to rise the players perks via xp. ( Like alliance's perks via WW xp)

Interesting idea but they havin a hard time with DST/EDST bugs and other issues with current system adding this would just add too. But if they can fix current problem I would be interested but add wood to fire right now would not help .
