Factory troops questions

i have these 2 questions bothering me.
1. Why there is no blessing to boost factory troops in regular attacks? Similar to weapon and armor blessings, or why these two blessings doesn't apply also to factory troops, just like training blessing? We have two offensive coalitions boosting tactory troops in war attacks, but no blessings for regular battles.
2. Why can't we get heavy tank mk5 also on defense, not only on attack?

1. Weapon / Armor Bless come before factory implemented, and BHG is too busy in PTW feature, so no time to add bless for Factory Troop
2. Same, BHG is too busy in PTW feature, Bunker 5 is not in their schedule

Presumably if you have the highest level HT that's what's produced if the factory is destroyed?

Wish there was an answer from Nexon/BHG. Maybe something in the close future?
