Failed daily rewards

Time and time again I have had trouble getting the rewards correctly when watching the daily rewards videos.
It's the fourth time in 2 weeks that I haven't received all the crowns.
I need to send a ticket to CS complaining about the rewards. CS analyzes it, confirms the failure and sends the missing rewards. But I only check the rewards in crowns, because it's easy to count how many there were before watching the videos and how many I acquired after all the videos watched.
I wish more attention was paid to this, as I'm not obligated to have to check and complain for the rewards of every video watched daily. If you watched it, you have to receive it.
This is a warning to those responsible and to all players.

I think failing you get easier ones the next time but ive heard different things on the rewards. Ive heard worse rewards if you accept and complete none or don’t do it but if you attempt and fail you get easier and no punishment for rewards or as you said failure means worse rewards no matter what.

I would like to update this topic and make an addendum.

The problem has not yet been resolved. Since the creation of this topic, I've had to contact CS 5 or 6 times asking for a review of what was delivered to me after watching the videos, not to mention the times I was simply too lazy to send more tickets complaining about the same thing.
This is the update.

The addendum is about customer service.
Every time the review was requested, CS attested to the failure and sent me the rewards that had not been delivered properly, but in some situations they didn't deliver the correct amount of rewards.
The last case was yesterday where the reward video would give me 10 crowns. When watching the video I did not receive the crowns. So I asked CS for a review and they sent me 7, SEVEN, S E V E N crowns instead of 10, TEN, T E N.
It's not enough for you guys to fuck me up not delivering the rewards.... I still have to complain to the customer service team for their bad work.

Similar result here. Watched three videos but only got the first reward. Nothing happened after the first two videos.
This bug occurs regularly. Rarely do the videos hang up and you have to close the game.

Hello, I'm still facing the same problems in receiving crowns in the daily rewards videos.
I also keep getting errant feedbacks where GMs say rewards were delivered when they actually weren't.
I would like to emphasize my request for the correction of this failure, better verification and support service and finally, I strongly ask that you do not insult your customers with automatic responses asking to check connection, network stability, etc.
The response I would like to hear is: "Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue and are looking into solutions so that you no longer have to worry about it every day. Receive your crowns that were not delivered correctly and a few additional crowns for the inconvenience" .
