For almost 48 hours screen just flashes no opponent

This is ridiculous ; its almost 48 hours and all my ipad does is flash no oponent found , it wont even enter the server ; and aim the mean time i am getting attacked ever 15 minutes ; treaties barely last 15 minutes ! Support from the customer services tab does not even issue a support ticket anymore - it starts a conversation with no one ; i am having a monologue - I suspect they are not issuing support tickets because this is proof of problems If you claim your monies back from apple or google ; i am now starting to think this game is one large scam as one player put it in another thread ; there can be no other explanation - even the moderators have disappeared! Is there anyone here from nexon / bhg? That can respond - it will go a long way to bringing some confidence back!
