We all know that there were free crowns delivered to a wide range of players with huge variety... from 200 crowns to 95000 crowns worth of 750 USD.
I understand that it is almost impossible/difficult to do roll back and Nexon has the right to award selected players the way they want.
But ignoring this issue or pretending that it never happened and fixed/closed is the worst thing user support can do.
The game has quite sensitive paywall starting in GP age and making purchases in the game after such glitch is a big question for a lot of your customers.
We'd like to hear confirmation that you aware of the issue and those users will not be rollbacked, so at least we have clarity. Unfair, luck, okay, let's move on.
I don't think that big spenders should be rewarded accordingly to their past spends, because it will only increase pay-to-win issue, but my advise is to make global reward in thousands of crowns, not hundreds. FYI, I just make my purchase after this glitch, so I support the game the way I can.
