Freeze when I launch the game

Hello,

Since the last update the game freezes systematically during 15 to 20 seconds when I launch the game.
It's only when I launch the game, never during a playing session and I didn't had this problem before the last update.

I'm playing on Ipad mini (there is no other application or game with this problem).

How to solve this ?

How old is the device? What iOS is it? And how good is your internet?

It's 3 years old, it's the most recent iOS and my internet is very good (fiber).

This happened to me. I reinstalled the game, and game center restored my account.

It did that constantly on my old Android. Doesn't happen on my ipad6. On my Android I force stopped it and cleared the cache.
