Fyber in-game crown offers not paying out.

Anyone complete any of the offers under the free crowns tab on the store? So far I've done the Game of War and Mobile Strike ones (two variations of the same boring game, by the way) and received nothing.

This prompted me to look up Fyber, and pardon the pun, they have a reputation for pushing crap.

Hmm. That's what I would like to do. Those games have the most insistent and needy notifications I've ever encountered.

Just use the support tab at the top. They got it sorted out for me. Mobile Strike I had to send them a picture of my HQ level6 and within a few hours I had my crowns. The survey ones are a waste. Slideshows aren't bad once you get the hang of them for a fast 20 crowns.

I wouldn't worry about that aspect of it, I would use a junk email account though and I use the phone number my ipad is using so I won't get any calls or texts.

Some folks have all the luck I guess. Support ticket sent at midnight Eastern Standard .Automated response sent at 2:30 AM requesting a screenshot. Screenshot sent at 11:30 AM. Since then? Crickets..........11 hours so far. This seems to be standard procedure with this company. Will be more than happy to retract any negative statements if anything changes.

The unicorn hunt continues.......

Hey, what do you know? Received a telegram from Berlin overnight saying that I can dine on unicorn steaks today.

I had mixed experience with those offers. Some I got crowns instantly, some I had to provide screenshots, but couple of days ago I hit the wall. I signed up for SeeSo trial, but Fyber is refusing to pay up. I have provided them with multiple screenshots, yet they pretend to be blind and are just trying to delay giving me crowns.

In the end, I'd say the are scammers, and shame on Nexon for partnering with them.

Most of the time you don't receive crowns and you must ask them for your reward.
It took more than 1 week for me to receive my mobil strike crowns. Must be very patient.

I'll have to start contacting support I guess
I've done about 7 mobile offers with out getting a reward, I just waited and now that they aren't in the listing I'm not sure what the requirements were.

The surveys are crap, I've had one pay out after "enter valid e-mail/information" I've mindlessly clicked through at least a dozen more while doing other things.

Adding to all of the above, a Fyber rep has (so far) determined that the following was "not valid proof" that I had ever established a Videostripe account:

1) a "Welcome to Videostripe" email to me, dated 10/5;
2) a "Videostripe trial" email dated seven days later (10/12), which includes a note that "your trial ends tomorrow";
3) an auto-generated email from Videostripe, also from 10/12, produced after my trial account cancellation;
4) a screenshot of the transactional history of my personal checking account, showing two nominal deposits labeled "VIDEOSTRIPE COM".

Craziness.

Have they said what is proof?
I decided to try out the home chef promo. (30 bucks for 3 meals for 2 is a pretty fair price if the quality turns out ok +5k crowns) However I didn't receive credit and this one is too big to let slip by. Since the funds were actually taken out of my account last night, instead of just sitting as pending, I figured it's time to open a ticket tonight.

Their standard for valid proof appears to change when you provide them with what they ask for. Since my note above, I've also opened yet ANOTHER trial account and screenshotted the ish out of every possible page/angle/etc. We'll probably soon see what new proof standard is invented for me...

You shouldnt have to prove u completed the "offer" with screen shots. I did some of the surveys, started getting spammed with junk mail, but said they didnt have a valid email. Ifits not a valid email, why all the spam now from the companies i signed with?? These were never reslolved, so i didnt receive the crowns. I no longer participate in the supposed "valid offers" for free crowns

Maybe it is because some apps don't work or it might be the connection. Mobile strike is one of the apps that should work. I tried it out from what [General] Will said, it worked...

Nearly all the survey ones are impossible to complete. They take your info, then you are stuck in an endless loops of ads and never able to fully "complete" it for the crowns.

For the last offers with Fyber that were Gardenscapes and that Puzzle Game I directly got the 12 crowns offered. So you can say that for smaller amounts its no problem - just FOLLOW the instructions as you usually need to complete the games tutorial to get the crowns - not just dl and install.

BUT ofcourse theres the other side - last week they offered 708 crowns for that FILESFETCHER Trial account "register with creditcard".
Ok I did register - but 3 hours later still no crowns - so I emailed Fyber suppport - and got the usual response email "we need the following...."
Ok I send them screenshots of my Trial account and also the conformation email ... Only to get the next email telling me "registration email with FULL HEADER"
Ok, in Apple Mail thats a bit tricky as the header always only shows my name - but I did send them all they wanted ... Only to get another email telling me that they need also my full name visible in the Header (as I told Apple dont provide this) ... So I did a PDF Print (where it IS visible) AND I send them the LONG HEADER data where its in the "received" headers.

Now I wait for their next email ... Hahaha

I already cancelled my "Free Trial" today after 5 days and received the email from FilesFetcher. And luckily it's by creditcard - so in case filesfetcher starts billing me (cause dud we never received your cancellation ... Lol) then THAT is easy.
Because if ever someone debits from your Creditcard that you dont know or authorized - just inform your bank to get that money back. Just tell them "I dont know them and have no related business with them" ... Your bank will ALWAYS act in your behalf. In case I have to I just send my cancellation and the confirmation email to my bank - thats proof enough for them. Thats why I LOVE CREDITCARDS !!

I now have to wait for Fyber to answer my last email ... I keep you updated.
If they still try to delay my "payment" - luckily they sit in germany so I just will inform german Office of Fair Trading - then they will have some fun with them.
