Game crashes - Comprehensive Report

Hello, my game crashes multiple times a day, every day. It has reached the point where even a dedicated player like myself, simply cannot justify playing further. Like most players, I have limited free time and chose to play a game that is fun and / or challenging. When you finally are able to Revenge an attack, then crash, it takes a moment of joy and turns it into a very unpleasant experience. When you search through dozens of targets to find a good one, launch all your troops then crash, you lose not only your troops and trophies, but your war tactics and mercenaries as well as tons of loot which you should have captured. The dedicated players deserve to see solid progress on this issue.

SCOPE - I kindly suggest Nexon generate a query to determine how often players exit the game without using the game's natural close event. This can easily be done by having the close event logged.

My experience. I use an iPad running iOS 9.1. I regularly download and install both iOS and Dominations updates.

My settings show I have 5 GB of free memory and I have already deleted every app I could.

The only games I play are Clash of Clans, the game upon which Dominations is based, and Dominations. My gaming with CoC is flawless. I have never crashed once playing CoC.

My other apps installed are all major apps such as Chrome, Facebook, Gmail.

The game often will crash when loading. I reboot the iPad and the game usually will load, but today it crashed even immediately after a reboot.

The game will crash often when dropping troops at the beginning of a battle. Dropping troops slower is not a viable solution. The game often crashes after a battle is over, so the Retrain function cannot be used.

I am happy to work with developers or your staff to install any monitoring or debugging software. Please help me and the community by resolving this issue.

You only forgot to say what version of iPad you use.

I'm using 2015 iPad Air iOS9.1, all updated and with less free memory than you and don't see any of the crashes you mention - only crashes I get are on very suspect bases, missing TC type or at 50% of TC destruction. By crash I mean bombs out to the home screen.

It is 3rd generation iPad, model a1416. Yes, by crash I mean the game closes and I am taken to the iPad home screen.

I have tried everything I can think of including rebooting after each attack and dropping troops slower. Nothing works. As a final attempt to fix the issue, I am going to reset back to factory settings and reinstall everything.

I performed a factory reset then restored from the cloud. First attack went well. Crashed after second attack. Only other note I can add is I disabled sound and music after install, same as before.

I have taken every possible step to resolve this issue. Game still crashes numerous times daily. Can someone with Nexon plz help?

At least you guys get in. I crash on start and Nexon has an open support ticket for me going on two weeks. Looks like I'm done too.

I am having the same problem. It is incredibly frustrating having the game crash when deploying troops, losing my troops and blessings. Worse is when you get revenge attacked by your enemy Losing patience quickly

I'm having the same issues exactly - ios 9.1 / iPad Air 2. Reinstalled, disabled sound and music, closed other apps, plenty of space and RAM. I get a crash at the end of each battle (reverts to home screen) and I sometimes get the points, never keep my troops or tactics. This has been happening since the last auto update - it was working perfectly before that. I'm giving it a few days, then I'll just ditch it. It's upsetting as I've actually spent a bit of money on upgrades, etc.
