Game loading issue

The app gets stuck in loading like the picture below. I tried reinstalling the app, but it doesn't go away. This is happening on Samsung Galaxy S7 phone. This started to happen yesterday.

Also, I have another Android phone, Nexus 6, which has no problems to load.

Is anyone seeing this, especially from my fellow Samsung brothers?

yup, tried everything and eventualy worked after doing a factory reset on my phone.
