I am currently in Enlightenment Age, playing on new iPad and iPhone. Haven't had any real problems until yesterday morning the game will not load (presumably my map). I uninstalled the app and reinstalled on my phone, and the game opens up ok to the intro tutorial, but when I select to load my previous game, it loads to the last item (I think 192/192), then gets stuck and game crashes. Then the game will not open, just immediately crashes even with restarting device, force-quitting the app, etc.
I thought this was maybe just an issue with my phone, but when I got back to my iPad, I have the same problem. Others can apparently get onto my map to attack, because I get alerts for that, but I can't get on for the past 2 days... I can' t submit a ticket via the new text feature since the game won't open, so I tried using the old email support that was used when the game first started, but the 2 emails I've sent haven't received a response, so I don't even know if it is an email account they check anymore. I don't know if I should be contacting the app store for refunds or not because I have no idea if my issue is being looked at by Nexon! A little communication goes a long way.
