Game suddenly doesn't start up anymore

I am currently in Enlightenment Age, playing on new iPad and iPhone. Haven't had any real problems until yesterday morning the game will not load (presumably my map). I uninstalled the app and reinstalled on my phone, and the game opens up ok to the intro tutorial, but when I select to load my previous game, it loads to the last item (I think 192/192), then gets stuck and game crashes. Then the game will not open, just immediately crashes even with restarting device, force-quitting the app, etc.

I thought this was maybe just an issue with my phone, but when I got back to my iPad, I have the same problem. Others can apparently get onto my map to attack, because I get alerts for that, but I can't get on for the past 2 days... I can' t submit a ticket via the new text feature since the game won't open, so I tried using the old email support that was used when the game first started, but the 2 emails I've sent haven't received a response, so I don't even know if it is an email account they check anymore. I don't know if I should be contacting the app store for refunds or not because I have no idea if my issue is being looked at by Nexon! A little communication goes a long way.

Trying to leave that as my last-ditch option instead of first, but thank you for responding.... my Alliance wants their leader back! ; )

I'm having the identical problem. It also happened to me yesterday and I'm also the leader of my alliance. I've taken every measure available to try and contact staff for support to no avail. Seems like the problem is more common than I thought. But who know what if any response for a solution we'll get.

Well, if they know this is not a one-off, but an issue experienced by more folks, then it should go up the chain faster. If anyone else reading this is having the same issue, please comment!

Same issue started same day. Didnt have any issues before that. I was able to get immediate reaponse from nexon via the app store dominations contact options. They asked me a bunch of unecessary questions regarding my carriers, did i have a good or bad dinner etc etc. then finally decided to move my problem to the proper department (higher up in nexon? To bhg? Who knows). Nexon was quick to respond. I fear if proper department means bhg my issue will never get resolved

How do we go about contacting them through the App Store? Do we just call as if we would normally do to start the refunding process and ask them for help?

Good idea - will try as soon as I check after the 'server maintenance' has been completed, if by chance of some miracle it is fixed...

Finally managed to get a replay from the moderator here. He just linked a page that does not work. At this point I'm not sure if we're simply being trolled or if they are taking this as a joke. If it is the jokes on us and we might as well start the refunding process.

Server maintenance done. Still cant get game to load on iphone 6 or galaxy s5. Galaxy has virus protection app. Neither phone has been jailbroken/rooted. So its all on their end

You said that you already requested a refund a while ago, so don't expect that they will react faster if you lie again a little bit ))) Even though it is called karma, we need our 'top' player back Nexon/BGH. ;)
