Noticed the GCI’s are not causing damage after yesterdays update.

I did submit a ticket. Got a response asking me to prove it. Come on now. It’s a well know bug now and causing problems in wars. Please don’t drag your feet fixing this.

I understand your frustration, but this is a very fair ask from the CS Team. Any additional information helps, they aren't asking you to prove it happening, they're asking for additional information to help speed up the investigation progress for the development team. A screenshot, video, and exact step-by-step details on repeating the issue you're running into are all pieces that can help find the root cause. It's an ask for you to help the team to get a solution as quickly as possible.
