Generals discount in age Events

Guys, why is there no discount on generals, as there is on other things in armory?
We could really use some oil discounts.
Please consider this in EA rush and on.

The Summer for the Ages does not currently feature discounts for Generals, Library techs, or University skills.
The 5 Good Emperor events will increase you production of Food/Gold/Oil, so it should help with some of these other developments.
It's a great suggestion, and it's something we can think about with running similar events in the future!

I think there was once a 50% off the Generals event a long while back. I also distinctly remember a dedicated Cleopatra upgrade event about a year ago, maybe more. Would be nice to have more of these.

50% off general upgrades beginning of June, so it's been done before but not that common.
