Generals spawning their own troops

Well I noticed that some generals like Sun Tzu summons their own troops in combat but it takes a long time to unlock them so why not add this ability to the other generals in game. Like Alexander the great summoning greek units like a small number hoplites and companions or napoleon summoning siege artillery with him. It will be helpful during an attack and allows the general to have at least some meatshield to protect them when going for defenses such as the ballista tower and it's upgrades or getting swarmed by defenders

General Rebalance maybe?
it is not a bad idea at all BUT I would prefer to see:
- time rebalance on all buildings with reduction of up to 50% till global age and 20-30% for the later ages
- university time rebalance. Some chapters with 10-15 days are horrible to endure

The game is not what it was. It has become huge and requires years of gameplay to reach "endgame". This is not a good business practice cause new players will never hope to catch up with us no matter how many artifacts with "University Research Time" they have.

P.S. I never understood why they havent released a series of artifacts with "Building time reduction 11%" lines

Yeah I agree the waiting time is ABSURDLY LONG heck I'm just upgrading my crossbow to the gunpowder era level and it takes 2 days to upgrade them. If they made the upgrade times durations shorter to reach the end faster they could add this too.

Qol improvements ( quality of life improvements) for game in my opinion

Building and research times: they’re too long. Halve them with a maximum time cap of 5 days, seriously 2 weeks for a university tier and they did it for the dock with a max time for 2 days Farms/caravans: at some point they need 4 people to upgrade which is ridiculous for a building lots of...

Yeah I am in the gunpowder age but the fact the citizens are stuck upgrade one building for 2 days just delays my progress especially since I'm using the germans and not the Chinese. They really need to shorten the upgrade times because reaching the new drone age will take forever
