German Rally?

So how much lower is the German Rally actually? I decided to go germany but i don't seem to notice any real difference.

If you are German, your rally should be of 25 sec CD and the speed boost buff should last about 2 sec. Furthermore you can research banner to make it event shorter to 20 sec rally which I'm thinking could be broken.

If you are seeing 30 sec CD on rally you should report a bug but I seriously doubt they would miss out on this one...

The original Rally is 35 seconds. So it gets reduced down to 30. I am germans myself. Thought rally would be a great tool with cool downs and double speed time but just does not seem to give a big enough effect compared to what a couple other nations have for bonuses

I'm British and I think my rally timer is on a 30 sec CD..... I JUST tried it in battle. It was a 30 sec CD for me.

I'm level 18 Germans - Iron Age and my rally cool down is 30 secs as well.

Sorry I mush have been lagged back then. The rally came up 35 sec CD in my following battles so you German do have a very strong Rally! Hurray~
