If you followed the saga on the facebook dominations international page, it turns out both sides were cheating. Tehran iran appeared to be using coalition cheats, the other side did this (possibly in response), and then tehran iran was using time cheats to take the tiebreaker.

They argue over who started it, but clearly both sides were ready and able to cheat. The indignation seems a little overblown.
