Get the base of the game right

There are so much cheaters in the game atm and it seems like BHG doens't have the things right to fix this. If you need to find a player by name to get to a player something is not right. My suggestion:

Give all players a unique ID.If you look at the pro gaming companies they all use this tactic (check your Barttle net ID for example on Blizzard games). This is the first step on getting to indentify players. If someone gets reported the player can be looked up much easyer on ID instead of checking all the names: Chris for example. How is this maintainable when there are millions of players playing later?

Let the server do some checks on progress. If you host everything on a server and cant be played offline make use off it. Let the server check every player every day and set filters on when someone got more that max buildings, or gets like 50 levels ups in one day. This is 'VERY' easy to do and even junior developers can get this kind of things right. If you set this up the right way you can double check bases with a real person the server filters out with a log.

I'm pretty sure BHG aren't idiots. If these issues were easy to resolve they would have been. I guess it's too hard to give unique id to players.
