Getting new members

Im really struggling to get new members into our alliance (Rebel Elite). We had 50 now its dropped to 18 and no new members join. Any ideas of how to grow?
in GoW there was a kingdom chat where you could chat with other members and recruit that way, so how about it Nexon, can you add this feature?

You could always try in the alliance gate section. We had some good members from there

The Global (I prefer region more) chat would be a nice idea, but I am concerned with too much "Recruiting spams". At least 5 moderators should be monitoring each region. So it would be easier to assist for every known spoken language on DomiNations. (Nexon would probably need more diverse workers)

We are always looking for new members, currently there's 18. Maybe some kind of merge of alliances??

Very friendly atmosphere, relaxed rules as it applies to wars. As long as you participate you're fine. There are a couple co-leaders so there's never an issue for doing world war (the previous alliance i was in had 1 leader and co-leader which became inactive which pretty much ruins the alliance). We are more than happy to donate and help anyone out too.

Other than that, i hear what you're saying when it comes to recruiting new members. Too bad there wasn't an advance search when looking for alliance, like it would tell you how active they were or how many wars they have done. Maybe even an advertisement for you alliance to new members, kind of like "alliance of the day" where it would highlight a couple different alliances that new members might be interested in. Maybe in the future, we can only hope!

Check your alliance settings.
Is your alliance set as "open"? Is the medal requirement set too high?

Our two alliances (Viking Army and Viking Army 2) is always at 46-50 members... But if you kick many players in a short time or you start a new alliance it will take time.
When we started Viking Army 2 it took 4-5 weeks before they were full... Now we usually do a clean up every week to remove inactives and we are usually full again 1-3 days later.
