Getting stuck in Tutorial

i have read it in known issues as described below

Getting stuck in Tutorial after losing wifi connection or putting device to sleep
This occurs when a player does not complete the Tutorial in one sitting.
Status: Actively fixing accounts affected

how can i restore or reset my accounts? what information you need to do that, as in game reports cannot be accessed because i'm stuck in tutorial

Try to train 1 more troop and collect the crown rewards from the "Recruit an Army" goal.

no can't do that, nothing in that screen i can push to make progres, including that barrack, so no i can't train troops either, any other sugestion?
i've been trying almost everything to reset my game, force close, signout playstore account, reinstall app doesn't help anything.

Have you tried tapping on the old man's head on the left (where the goals are shown) to dismiss the Goals dialog? If you can't get out of that screen, most likely it is a bug then.

yup, already done that with no response either, nothing in the screen i can touch to make any progress, i think its a bug when i got my first crown and exit game before finishing tutorial, after reload the game it's resume the tutorial from this point and it just stuck in this "not so wise" advisor
