Greece: The Sucking Continues

I agree that the Greeks are lacking in the later stages but I would also disagree that they are totally useless. At least in the early stages of the player's life. The building upgrade refund and that extra instant built has allowed me build my nation faster. (Given at the later stages in the game, it IS quite useless)

Their unique units are awesome meat shields, depending on your play style. The best hp (besides french tanks)among all barrack units. Best if paired up with canons. (If the troop AI doesn't screw you 1st. Lol)

They do not need to buff the Greeks, they just need to improve the troop AI IMHO and the Greeks can be a nation to be reckoned with.

There are no useless nation (well...maybe except for the Japanese lol), it all depends on how you play the game. Adapt and make full use of the nation's benefits. If all else fails, just do what i did, change your nation.

I think one day reductions on some things at EA or IA would be acceptable.

I like big tanks and I cannot lie ....... If the upgrade reduction times were more substantial in EA, IA onwards - AND the Greeks resource refund was much more substantial in EA, IA onwards - I would actually have chosen Greeks instead of French. The Greek tank is an awesome monster (even if it's British). In IA or Global the French tank with Versailles is just as much a monster though - so the economic bonuses to the Greeks would be an important decider - and right now the Greeks come up short.
