I thought by being greek I'm supposed to get reduced building cost. I'm not 100% if this is correct but after speaking to alliance buddies who play different nations the building costs are the same. Can you shed some light on the matter please.

I believe that upon completion you get the building resources back. I noticed whenever I finish an upgrade i get a amount of resources back. Of course this could be standard with all Civilizations seeing as how, like the rest of us, I've only had the chance to play one nation... *Cough Cough*
