Hacked or Bug

Back in the day when I think I was on MA, a strange thing happened, I was at about lvl 50ish when I finished playing for the day. When I opened it up the next day my whole base layout had changed I'd dropped about 10 lvls, lost a World Wonder but gained an extra Barracks (which I still have today, Bonus) has anyone else had anything like this happen?

Nexon told me via CS that they have trouble with some bases concerning corrupted data, so not all of them are cheater bases as I understood.
