Bugged or hacked war

We are experiencing a few war issues - wondered if anyone has seen this before.
We were in war yesterday and it was looking good for a win, there was quite a few hours left. Suddenly the war screen showed defeat, our opponents changed to a completely different alliance, showed we had taken 0 attacks and not spied anything. We lost the glory. Now the war screen has just changed back to the alliance we were originally at war with and yet again a defeat. Now we lost glory for this one too! Two glory losses for a bugged or hacked war that we couldn't do anything about.
Anyone seen this?

Can we please have some kind of response to this?

We have had nothing at all from CS in game.

We are all feeling extremely demotivated to continue, what's the point of war when all our glory can be taken like this?

Still waiting for our lost glory. Bog standard auto responses from CS, pretty much word for word copies for each of my alliance members. No response at all here. Played this game since the start, with the mountain of other issues on top of this I have never known it to be in such a state...just ridiculous.

Finally someone else that has experienced this. I did a post a couple of days ago about this called phantom war. Waiting 3 days so far for cs to get back to me. Must be a bigger issue than I first thought.

We are with Rebels Rising. Talking to other leaders this issue has been around for years, albeit rare. The screenshot show the issue - 11 days and no resolution. I understand they need to investigate to ensure we aren't making it up but seriously..it took a long time and effort to get that glory.
