As of today, it is not giving me a discount on traps. Bummer

The discount on war academy upgrade and the upgrade of tactics are also gone, and the costs are back to the original costs!
Looks like the event has ended prematurely! The discount was supposed to last till 11/1 until 14:00 UTC.

Something is seriously off!

Can we please have some sanity in the game? This is highly frustrating...
Please do not push dedicated players off the edge.

True, a lot many of us meticulously track these events, plan our upgrades to free up workers over the weekend, and plan on initiating the upgrades over the course of the discount event. This is even more problematic for those players who play on multiple bases, where the farming of resources and the freeing up of workers are planned over the course of the weekend discount event.
This has thrown a spanner in the works for us.
