Haven't been attacked

I haven't been attacked since my peace treaty ran out at 9 AM yesterday. It is now 6:39 AM. Is this a glitch of some sort? If I have connection problems, such as me not having wi-fi and needing to use 4G, can that mean that's why? Or could I possibly have been attacked but it just doesn't show?

I use to go long periods without being attacked, until I hit medieval age, now I get attacked much more frequently.
